Privacy policy
McDermott Bun Supplies Ltd, 8 Glen Abhainn Drive, Enfield, Co. Meath, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or quote builder we collect your name or business name, phone number, optional email address, county and message or order lines. Trade-app orders include your account name and the products ordered.
How it is used
Your details are emailed to the depot inbox so we can reply, confirm a quote or pick an order. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the form and ordering functions. It processes your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse.
- Mailgun (Sinch) delivers form and order emails to the depot inbox.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact and quote forms from spam. It loads only on those forms and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Analytics measures site visits — only if you accept analytics cookies (see below).
- Gmail (Google Workspace) is the depot inbox that receives your messages.
Fonts are served from this website, not from Google Fonts.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, which sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (kept for up to two years) to count visits and see which pages are used. Analytics is off until you choose “Accept”, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings. Your choice is stored in your browser. reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies when you use a protected form; these are needed to stop spam.
Trade accounts
Trade account details (business name, route, price list and contact details) come from our customer records. They are only released to the kitchen that signs in with its PIN, or to depot staff signed in with the staff PIN, and are never published on the public website.
Your browser
The basket, your saved “usual” order and your trade sign-in are stored in your own browser so the app works offline. Clear your browser data or sign out to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact Ordersmbsl@gmail.com or call +353 87 163 33 12. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
